El personal muy nice excepto un señor que estuvo en el front desk en la noche , que le pedí una colcha y me dijo que no tenían , luego bajé con mi niño porque tenía frío y le pedimos unas sabanas y me gritó , que me había dicho que no tenía cobija y tampoco sábanas muy agresivo , despota y mala actitud un señor alto , delgado y hablamos en inglés . “Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! ”

“We have stayed at the Perry Hotel many times. I love the modern touch of the hotel, with extremely clean rooms and a well maintained pool. The staff are extremely friendly and always provide great service especially Jessica who serves poolside. Jessica is always on point with maintaining the pool area, taking food orders and drink orders. If Jessica isn’t working I do notice that the pool area can lack cleanliness due to drinks cups, old towels and trash laying around. The food is always……
